Pool swim

 

Join us on Monday evenings (8-9pm) at Lichfield Leisure Centre for our weekly pool swim. This is a coached session led by our Club Triathlon coaches and is open to swimmers 18 years or older.

The focus of the sessions varies through the year, but we aim to improve your technique and have you fit for the triathlon season. One lane is reserved for those who want to work exclusively on technique.

You don’t need to be fast to attend, you don’t even have to want to do a triathlon. All we ask is that you can swim two lengths (50 metres) in front crawl.

New swimmers are entitled to one FREE Taster swim session so why not come along and give it a try?

NB. There are no swim sessions on Bank Holidays.

Cost:

Member swim: £7

Non-member swim: £9

Once you’re booked in there is no need to pay or book in at reception, just head straight to the changing rooms and meet us at the poolside 7.55pm.
